Support4Support is also a VIN Foundation initiative, specifically for the veterinary support team member. The support group is led by VSPN Director Charlotte Waack and VSPN staff member Katherine Dobbs. Support4Support’s leaders and mentors provide confidential peer-support based on their experiences in the veterinary profession. Topics of the meetings have included difficulties with co-workers, aging out of the profession, compassion fatigue and burnout, substance abuse, and physical issues.

To learn more about Support4Support, please contact Charlotte Waack (Charlotte@vspn.org) or Katherine Dobbs (Katherine@vspn.org).
