Nanette's Corner

Early in the morning August 26, 2010 the VSPN message boards were down from about 4am ET to 9am ET. The VIN geeks were notified, the issue was resolved quickly. We apologize for any inconvenience. Any time you find an issue with the websites of VIN not working correctly, please email support@vin.com.

Unity Upgrade
A new version of our Unity classroom/chatroom has been released. We have added a review chat window that you can open and actually do a search for a term to find something that you want to review from earlier in the chat or class. We will be updating the FAQ’s on the Unity classroom to add information about these new features in the next couple of weeks.

Speaking of FAQ’s - we have made some major revisions to the message board area of the FAQ so you can find answers to your questions faster. Please see Message Boards Reads, Posts and Use and Who are the Moderators to view the updates on these documents!

Reminder: If you access VSPN from a clinic computer, you may want to try using our Beta site (http://BETA.vspn.org) as it has a logout feature. The easiest way to find BetaVSPN is by clicking on the Beta Banner at the top of Nanette’s column on VSPN’s main page.
